        What are my responsibilities?
        - Technology innovation through Innovative mechanical design
        - Carry out mechanical simulation and structure simulation for electromechanical system
        - Can be a team leader in mid term
        - Carry out Multi-Body Simulation
        - Carry out FEM structure simulation (strength and stiffness analysis and structure Optimization)
        - Collaborate with global R&D colleagues for R&D support
        - Patent study and/or products analysis of that Siemens competitors
        - Communicate with local university, industry institute and other research organization
        - Technical support for Siemens operating companies in China

        What do I need to qualify for this job?
        - More than 3 years actual experience in Multi-Body Simulation and skilled in Recur Dyn or ADAMS and/or 3 years experience in FEM structure simulation (strength and stiffness analysis and structure optimization) and skilled in the ANSYS tool.
        - Capability to do Electro Magnetic Simulation would be a big advantage, though not required
        - At least 2years experience in the electromechanical system design and optimization
        - Demonstrated skills in technology innovation
        - Experience as a team leader is a plus, not required
        - Working in a multinational company is an advantage
        - Multi-body dynamics and solid mechanics
        - Structure or FEM simulation
        - Electro Magnetic Simulation
        - Patent application
        - Recur Dyn, ProE, ANSYS
        - Electromechanical system, e.g., Low voltage circuit breakers
